As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of Savers, ensuring high store standards, engaging with customers, and providing excellent service that keeps customers coming back. This role involves flexible part-time hours (minimum 12 hours per week), with additional hours available across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. The position provides a gateway to future leadership roles within the company and offers exposure to an exciting and community-driven retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Ensure store standards are maintained to a high, “insta-worthy” level.

• Support your team by assisting with stock, sales, and daily store operations.

• Actively engage with the local community while promoting Savers’ best deals.

• Demonstrate flexibility in shift patterns, supporting mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
