Grafton Recruitment are actively recruiting for a highly motivated and data driven Sales Associate to join our client team based in Manchester. Our Client, is dedicated with helping you make the right decision with information on guidance on choosing the right surveying service for your needs.

As the Sales Associate you will manage and organise your own workloads and drive your own sales performance. You need to be highly organised, an excellent motivator of people, able to multi-task and communicates well at every level.

THE ROLE:

Some of your responsibilities as Sales Associate are listed below:
 

  • The main responsibilities of the Sales Associate will be to contact potential customers to discuss the benefits of having a home Buyers report, helping the customer make an informed choice about which Home Survey would suit their needs.
  • You will utilise your skills to ensure that the customer understand how are protects will help protect them, deliver outstanding service while meting Key KPI's.
  • Contacting potential or existing group customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts to ensure compliance.
  • Answering questions about products or the company.
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database and process sales in an accurate manner.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Delivering key KPIs daily, weekly and monthly targets are met.
  • Ensure customer service levels are maintained through monitoring and reviews.
  • Dealing with escalations and achieving key income targets.
  • Ensure all service levels are met and exceeded at all times - SLA's will be set and agreed monthly
