Description:
We’re looking for a Sales Incentive Compensation Specialist to join Snap Inc. As a member of the Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC) team, you will assist with administering the Sales Incentive Compensation plans for Business Partner Solutions team members who are based in EMEA and APAC. This group encompasses all Ad Sales, Creative Strategy and other key revenue groups. You’ll collaborate with our Revenue Strategy, Human Resources, Comp & Benefits, Ad Sales employees, Sales Operations, Systems, and Finance teams to administer the SIC plans.
What you'll do:
Act as one of the primary points of contact for EMEA and APAC sales employees for all SIC-related questions and requests.
Assist with the Quarterly SIC calculations for the EMEA and APAC Ad Sales teams.
Work closely with the payroll team to ensure that all quarterly SIC payouts are timely.
Assist with the roll-out and implementation of any new SIC plans/programs.
Prepare educational resources (e.g. a calculator file and summary presentations) that will help the sales employees better understand their SIC plan.
Be a spokesperson for the SIC plan tenets, be deeply expert in conveying nuances and its details
Facilitate cross-functional projects with Sales, Finance, Revenue Strategy, Accounting, Sales Operations, Systems/IT, Comp & Benefits, and HR.
Guide development of infrastructure to support streamlining and automation of workflows.
Assist with Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly data reconciliation.
Become an expert in Anaplan (cloud based SIC software) and its maintenance.
Scope and deliver automation projects, policy documents, and process improvements.
Collaborate as needed with other business partners on ad hoc reports, analyses, and projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience supporting a large sales organization
Hyper-focused on improving processes, systems, and providing the highest level of support to our sales employees.
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate well with colleagues and senior management.
Proven record of executing independently at a high level against short timelines in a fast-paced industry.
A great work ethic, is very organized, self-directed, proactive, and comfortable working in a different location from their manager and the rest of their team.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience
Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and Excel skills
A detail-oriented person who has a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational/project management skills
