Doctify, a leading global HealthTech company, is on a mission to help millions of patients find the right doctor or clinic when they need care. With over $30 million in funding, operations in five countries, and over 100 million patients supported, Doctify is expanding rapidly. They are seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic commercial team in London and spearhead growth in the German healthcare market.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating qualified opportunities and accelerating revenue growth. This role offers the chance to work with a driven and supportive sales team while using state-of-the-art tools and methodologies in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for the Account Executives

  • Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to track pipeline and performance

  • Consistently exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets

  • Build and manage your own pipeline to drive Doctify’s expansion in the DACH region

  • Become an expert in the Doctify platform and the digital healthcare space

Key Requirements:

  • Fluency in both German and English

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Resilient and motivated personality, eager to meet and exceed goals

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments (startup/scale-up culture)

  • Passion for digital health and belief in Doctify’s mission
