Doctify, a leading global HealthTech company, is on a mission to help millions of patients find the right doctor or clinic when they need care. With over $30 million in funding, operations in five countries, and over 100 million patients supported, Doctify is expanding rapidly. They are seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their dynamic commercial team in London and spearhead growth in the German healthcare market.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in generating qualified opportunities and accelerating revenue growth. This role offers the chance to work with a driven and supportive sales team while using state-of-the-art tools and methodologies in a high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for the Account Executives
Use CRM tools such as Salesforce to track pipeline and performance
Consistently exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
Build and manage your own pipeline to drive Doctify’s expansion in the DACH region
Become an expert in the Doctify platform and the digital healthcare space
Key Requirements:
Fluency in both German and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilient and motivated personality, eager to meet and exceed goals
Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments (startup/scale-up culture)
Passion for digital health and belief in Doctify’s mission
