Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Investment Consultants, fostering a high-performance culture centered on results and client satisfaction

  • Oversee key metrics including net sales, conversion rates, and client engagement, with data-driven strategies for optimization

  • Ensure the delivery of expert property investment advice and exceptional client service to secure repeat business and referrals

  • Proactively monitor sales activity and create a culture of continuous feedback and development

  • Recruit and onboard top-tier sales talent, providing training and long-term support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, marketing, and finance teams to launch effective campaigns

  • Analyze sales data, provide insights, and present regular performance reports to senior management

What We’re Looking For:

  • A track record of leading and motivating sales teams in a client-focused environment

  • Solid understanding of the UK property investment market and client needs

  • Natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive success

  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with an eye for identifying performance trends

  • Energetic, results-driven mindset with adaptability in a dynamic, fast-growing business

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools is advantageous
