Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Investment Consultants, fostering a high-performance culture centered on results and client satisfaction
Oversee key metrics including net sales, conversion rates, and client engagement, with data-driven strategies for optimization
Ensure the delivery of expert property investment advice and exceptional client service to secure repeat business and referrals
Proactively monitor sales activity and create a culture of continuous feedback and development
Recruit and onboard top-tier sales talent, providing training and long-term support
Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, marketing, and finance teams to launch effective campaigns
Analyze sales data, provide insights, and present regular performance reports to senior management
What We’re Looking For:
A track record of leading and motivating sales teams in a client-focused environment
Solid understanding of the UK property investment market and client needs
Natural leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive success
Strong analytical and strategic skills with an eye for identifying performance trends
Energetic, results-driven mindset with adaptability in a dynamic, fast-growing business
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar tools is advantageous
