An award-winning cybersecurity consulting firm is seeking two dynamic Sales Directors to lead business expansion within the UK Defence and UK Law Enforcement sectors. This rapidly growing, values-driven organization provides specialist technical consulting services to public sector and government clients, focusing on cyber, telecom, and data solutions designed to enhance national security, reduce risk, and drive meaningful change.
This role is ideal for high-performing, strategically minded sales professionals who excel at developing new business, forging deep client relationships, and securing multi-million-pound deals. As a Sales Director, you will directly contribute to the company’s growth trajectory, taking ownership of sales strategy execution and delivering on ambitious financial targets.
Lead business development efforts to penetrate new accounts within the UK Defence and UK Law Enforcement sectors.
Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to align client solutions with organizational capabilities.
Identify opportunities, shape proposals, and drive the full sales cycle from initiation to contract closure.
Negotiate and finalize commercial agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Maintain a deep understanding of client organizations, their strategic priorities, and procurement processes.
Demonstrated success in sales within the UK Defence or Law Enforcement sectors.
Proven track record of securing multi-million-pound, multi-year contracts through strategic client engagement.
Strong understanding of procurement frameworks and defence contracting processes.
Experience in building and managing long-term stakeholder relationships within government or defence environments.
Deep sector knowledge, including awareness of key challenges, drivers, and operational landscapes.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and adapt to complex client requirements.
Due to the nature of the work and client engagements, current MoD DV (Developed Vetting) clearance is mandatory for this position.
