Act as a technical trusted advisor during customer evaluation
Provide tailored product demos
Address customer pain points with JumpCloud solutions
Support sales and partner teams technically
Assist in setup/configuration of trials
Identify common technical issues and suggest product improvements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to explain complex concepts simply
Comfortable engaging IT leaders and technical evaluators
5+ years experience in technical Sales Engineering or similar
Strong Cloud/SaaS knowledge, Active Directory experience
Understanding of network architecture, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP, RADIUS)
Familiarity with endpoint management and MFA technologies
Fast-paced SaaS environment
