Description:

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit back and manage from the sidelines. It’s a player–coach position, where you’ll roll up your sleeves alongside your team, leading by example, running demos, pitching to enterprise clients, and selling from a deeply technical standpoint.

 

You’ll be:

  • Leading a team of 3–6 high-performing Sales Engineers, coaching and developing them into A-players.
  • Running high-value B2B SaaS demos and presentations, with average deal sizes around £300k.
  • Partnering closely with sales teams to position the product’s technical value, build trust with customers, and influence C-level decision makers.
  • Helping drive growth across major cloud platforms.
  • Creating a culture of overachievement—this team thrives on results.
