Servis has experienced rapid growth over recent years, and we are keen to capitalise on momentum by bolstering our sales team with a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, persistence, and a proven track record of success in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals within a B2B sales environment. Experience in building and maintaining prospective client relationships, as well as a results-driven mindset, are essential for this role. Candidates should be adept at navigating sales cycles, overcoming objections, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and B2B sales strategies
- Responsible for delivering SQLs from various industries to the Regional Director to scope prospects and submit proposals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Establish new business relationships, and continually follow up with lapsed leads
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Servis Group's security and facilities management services
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our offerings to potential clients
- Customise solutions to meet the specific requirements of clients
- Create and manage prospects using CRM tools to rack and document sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting and analysis
- Meet and exceed targets set by senior management
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in B2B sales and client prospecting
- Commercially astute with proven cold calling skills and experience
- Knowledge of CRM, Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively connect with prospects and senior leadership in various sectors to understand their unique requirements and establish trust
- The ability to analyse customer needs, and sales data to adapt strategies and identify opportunities within the industry
