Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Birmingham office. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to drive business growth, focusing on international markets—especially China. By leveraging your expertise in sales, client relationship management, and market analysis, you will play a vital role in expanding Uoffer Global’s footprint in the competitive global student recruitment market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach, maintaining follow-ups to secure meetings and presentations.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling and tailored sales pitches highlighting Uoffer Global's services.
  • Contract Negotiation: Conduct ethical negotiations to finalize agreements, ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and sustain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and timely support.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to create and execute innovative, data-driven campaigns that boost sales.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitors to refine strategies and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Performance: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Event Participation: Represent Uoffer Global at industry events, education fairs, and conferences to enhance visibility and grow the client base.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, International Business, Economics, or a related field (required).
  • Language Skills: Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or business development, with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
    • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Job Details

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Start Date: November 19, 2024.
  • Office-Based Role: Candidates must commute to or relocate to Birmingham, B5 4BD, before starting work.
