Description:
Kelkoo Group, a leading pan-European e-commerce marketing platform, is seeking a Finland-focused Sales Manager to join their Nordic sales team based in London. The role offers a hybrid working model (3 days office, 2 days remote) in modern WeWork offices with barista services and a supportive, dynamic working culture.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for new customer acquisition and growing Kelkoo’s visibility in the Finnish market. You will manage the entire sales process—from prospecting to contract signing and account development—working closely with both new and existing clients.
Identify and recruit new online retailers to Kelkoo’s price comparison platform
Develop and maximize sales and visibility for existing customers
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposals, contract negotiation, and onboarding
Maintain contact and build strong relationships with Finnish resellers and potential clients
Prepare and follow up on sales offers and contracts
Collaborate internally to ensure high-quality traffic and strategic account development
Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to strategic growth of client accounts
Experience & Background
2–5 years in sales or marketing roles
Excellent Finnish and English language skills
Relevant higher education is an advantage
Sales Skills
Independent, goal-driven, and motivated to build and manage a sales pipeline
Ability to present and position services from a business value perspective
Experience in building long-term client relationships
Quick closing skills with new and existing clients
Strong negotiation and strategic sales expertise
Interpersonal Skills

Combines strategic thinking with analytical and detail-oriented work

Additional Skills
Good Excel skills with ability to leverage data analysis and reporting
Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
Familiarity with Google Ads and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) considered advantageous
Fixed salary plus performance bonus
