📌 My client's looking for a Sales Manager to sell SaaS ERP solutions to the facilities management & commercial sector, whilst initially managing a team of 3. Reporting directly to the MD, this new recruit will join the senior leadership panel and is a key hire for the business!

🧩 The company provide a fully integrated, multifunctional software platform designed for the commercial sector. The software delivers tremendous value, saving CFOs, CEOs and Commercial Directors and their teams significant time and money by making their lives easier.
📈 Working closely with marketing, the Sales Manager will be tasked with building pipeline with both existing and new accounts, while supporting and growing their team. They’ll also be responsible for onboarding new starters, training, and ongoing development — with lots of support from the wider business.
What I’m looking for! 👇
✅ Experience selling SaaS applications — ideally accounting or ERP software, but this isn't essential.
✅ 8+ years in sales, having led the full sales process — from qualification to demo to close — and confident being regularly client-facing (in person and via Teams).
✅ 2+ years of Sales Team Leadership experience.
✅ Experience closing deals between £20k–£100k
✅ Experience selling software that benefits finance departments/ CFOs is a plus.
