Description:
As Sales Manager, you will become a part of our UK Contract Sales team, and you will be reporting to our Contract Channel Director.
More specifically, your tasks will include:
Hospitality Growth & End-User Partnerships
- Drive HAY’s growth with hotel groups, operators, and large hospitality end-users.
- Build senior relationships to secure framework agreements, brand standards, and repeat business
- Identify and win new opportunities by engaging directly with developers, investors, and operators
- Lead the full sales cycle independently – from prospecting and concept engagement to project close
- Deliver tailored client presentations and position HAY as a preferred hospitality partner
- Provide ongoing service and support to ensure client satisfaction, project success, and long-term partnerships
Specifier Engagement
- Manage the UK & Ireland A&D network, building and maintaining strong relationships with key firms and contacts
- Act as a trusted partner for specifiers, providing product knowledge, project insights, and responsive service
Dealer Collaboration
- Manage day-to-day relationships with selected dealers in the contract and hospitality segment
- Support dealers with quoting, specification follow-up, and project conversion.
- Drive dealer alignment with HAY’s commercial strategy to maximize pipeline delivery

Experience required
- Proven track record in B2B sales within hospitality, contract furniture, interiors, or design-driven industries
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus
- Availability of working full-time at our London Showroom
