They are now looking for a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of 6-8 high-potential sales professionals. The Role
As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Drive Revenue Results: Ensure your team consistently achieves quota. Your success will be measured by team performance, focusing on both individual and team growth.
- Implement Strategies & Tactics: Translate strategies into actions that lead directly to revenue growth.
- Pipeline & Forecast Management: Run disciplined weekly pipeline and forecast reviews with each team member to ensure accuracy, deal progression, and risk management.
- Talent & Performance Management: Lead recruitment and hiring for sales positions, onboard new team members, and manage performance through structured reviews and goal-setting.
- Leadership & Culture: Act as a trusted coach and mentor, providing resources and removing obstacles to enable team success. Cultivate a high-performance culture with accountability and high achievement.
About You
You bring:
- Sales Management Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing teams of 5-10 individual contributors, with a proven track record of developing high-performing sales professionals.
- B2B Sales Expertise: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, consistently achieving sales quotas.
- Leadership Skills: Strong coaching and people development capabilities with high emotional intelligence.
- Sales Process Expertise: Deep understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales methodologies.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics platforms.
- Data-Driven Approach: You have a strong ability to analyze performance and make decisions based on data insights.
