Ready to step up into sales leadership? Disrupt Talent is recruiting for a major international B2B events business, and they're looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to lead by example on one of the fastest-growing shows in their portfolio.

What you'll be doing:
✅ Owning your personal sales target across the show
✅ Managing day-to-day sales activity and coaching the junior team
✅ Delivering the show strategy across stands, sponsorship, exhibitor mix and yield
✅ Driving new revenue streams and more complex sponsorship sales
✅ Running role-plays and sharing best practice to help the team grow

What you'll bring:
🔹 A proven track record of hitting or beating targets
🔹 Experience managing, coaching or mentoring salespeople
🔹 Happy to lead from the front, including high-volume outbound activity
🔹 Exhibition, sponsorship or media sales experience is a strong plus
