My client is looking for a driven Sales & Events Manager to join their Branded hotel in Cambridgeshire. They are looking for a well organised, energetic individual who will lead the Sales & Events operations with the day-to-day duties. You will be responsible for maximizing the hotel’s sales by developing programs that make profitable use of the M&E areas.

About the position

Develop and execute the overall sales &marketing plan for the hotel

• Managing relationships with agencies and partners
• Overseeing budgets for advertising, marketing, and promotions
• Maximising revenue
• Network with the local community along with national corporate clients
• Mange the social media for the property
• Reporting directly to the GM and Directors

The successful candidate

• Will have previous experience in a similar role in hospitality
• Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fantastic at networking and building relationships
• Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
• Passion for sales and events
