Sales Negotiator

Our client, a renowned name in the Scottish Property market are looking to add an experienced Sales Negotiator to their Edinburgh office.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 12 months experience in the Edinburgh or Scottish markets as you will play a crucial role in the Edinburgh office. Our client, has a fantastic presences across the Edinburgh market and is looking for you to have a proven track record working within a competitive market place.

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties
• Negotiate and close property deals
• Be able to build rapport with buyers and sellers
• Work towards Sales targets
   

Qualifications:
 

• Proven experience in the property industry, with a strong track record of successful sales
• Knowledge of the Edinburgh or Scottish property market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
