Sales Representative

Description:

MCS Group have partnered with a highly ranked food manufacturer across Ireland, to recruit a Sales Representative for a maternity cover. You will join an award-winning client to develop and maximise profit across Northern Ireland, field based 3 days and office based 2, you will also receive 35k salary with commission, bonus, and car allowance. You will have 3+ years field sales experience and be a self-motivated professional.
 

Role

• Develop knowledge of the industry, specifically for the product sectors manufactured by the company
• Achieve profitable sales growth against set KPIs within agreed territory / customer base through direct sales calls and indirect service calls.
• Manage and execute promotions within agreed customer base, communicating with the customer and internally.
• Meet customers to review sales performance on a regular basis, supported by Head of Sales
• Gather, analyse and communicate market pricing, promotions, marketing activity and new product launches, on a monthly basis, specific to your territory.
• Provide feedback on future buying / ranging needs to grow the business.
