Description:
Howdens Joinery, the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier, is seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading brand and work in a role that offers autonomy, growth, and competitive rewards. The role requires building strong relationships with new and existing account holders, converting sales, and growing the customer base across depots.
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and exceed targets by acquiring new accounts and maintaining and growing existing relationships. You will work closely with Business Developers and Kitchen Sales Designers to ensure each account achieves higher sales and more frequent trading.
Develop new business opportunities and acquire new accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Work collaboratively with other Sales Representatives and Business Developers to share best practices and achieve sales targets.
Convert sales and ensure customers understand the benefits of Howdens' offerings.
Manage your own schedule and territory to maximize customer engagement.
Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team success.
Strong influencing and sales skills.
Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities.
Results-driven and able to prioritize workload effectively.
Flexible, approachable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to represent Howdens as an ambassador.
Full UK driving license required.
