Sales Specialist

Description:

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, part of Danaher, is seeking a Sales Specialist for Cell Health and Centrifugation products. This role is responsible for driving sales targets, building and maintaining strong relationships with researchers, scientists, and procurement professionals, and providing end-to-end solutions across the assigned territory. The position is remote and covers Cambridge and the South East, reporting to the UK Sales Manager for Centrifugation and Cell Health products.

The successful candidate will combine scientific expertise with sales acumen to expand the adoption of Beckman Coulter’s innovative life sciences products. You will actively engage with customers, present solutions, conduct instrument demonstrations, and provide training to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth for cell health and centrifugation products in the territory.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.

• Negotiate pricing strategies in alignment with revenue targets and customer needs.

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, providing accurate forecasting and CRM management.

• Develop and present customer solutions involving multiple decision-makers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the best solutions for customers.

• Conduct demonstrations and provide instrument training to end users.

• Travel within the territory or to EU office locations as required.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific/life sciences field.

• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience.

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.

Preferred/Additional Experience:

• Knowledge of cell culture techniques.

• Experience with centrifugation products.
