Sales Support Executive

The main duties of the role will be to support our National & RTM Front Line Sales team up to Leadership level by assisting the teams to achieve business targets. The National Sales Support Executive will aim to be an expert in Front Line Sales processes, provide insight; analysis and proactive support to maximize opportunity within the National Sales customer base, whilst providing customer contact at both Head Office and outlet level. It's all about guiding front-line sales to follow the correct process from query to resolution with minimal supervision to ensure customer satisfaction.

As part of the role, there will be frequent contact with the customer marketing department in relation to promotional activity and budget tracking of advertising and promotional spend. Processing of Point of Sale Orders and assisting with queries for both customers and front line sales.

Further responsibilities of the role include building a network across internal and external key business contacts including functional business leaders and customers to enable resolution of all issues, you will attend and present at team meetings, including preparing presentations and following up on actions required to assist sales in achieving targets.

We’re looking for someone who is already a customer service superstar with around 2-3 years of experience. You’ll need to be comfortable working in sales organisation and providing influence and extensive customer support as well as in carrying out administration duties.

As the role involves data, a good knowledge of excel is required for the regular reporting tasks involved in this role.
