Description:
Haymarket Media Group is seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-driven Sales Support Executive to join the Campaign commercial team in a hybrid role based in London. This full-time opportunity is crucial in ensuring that the sales function operates at maximum efficiency by handling essential behind-the-scenes tasks that support sales activity, client engagement, and project coordination.
The Sales Support Executive will play a cross-functional role, working across multiple brands while liaising with various internal teams. The ideal candidate is an efficient multitasker, adept with CRM systems like Salesforce, and passionate about creating impact through process improvement and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients regarding advertising materials, proofs, and project timelines.
Manage client communication including delivery updates, reminders, and follow-ups.
Research potential leads, clients, venues, and support in preparing sales insights and materials.
Help facilitate logo licensing and award amplification communications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documents including contracts, NDAs, and asset libraries.
Operate within Salesforce to prepare mailings, clean datasets, and generate reports.
Arrange client logistics (e.g., lunches, meetings) and support project delivery.
Assist with internal contract negotiations, supplier onboarding, and contra deal processes.
Attend meetings and calls with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or commercial ops role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage clients and teams.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and collaborative mindset.
Offered Benefits:
Base salary of £30,000 per year.
25 annual leave days (excluding bank holidays), increasing with service up to 30 days.
