Sales Team Leader

Description:

We are looking for someone that is passionate about sustainability, someone who can find solutions to pre-loved products and inspire our customers to see these too. You will have a commercial flare creativity finding solutions to sell pre-loved products. You could say that we increase operational excellence without sacrificing what IKEA customers want: a wide range of well-designed, functional home furnishing products at low prices.

Previous leadership experience is essential in the role.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Full Time: 39 hours 5 days a week & alternate weekends off, with one or two late shifts per week.
