Next, one of the UK’s leading fashion and lifestyle retailers, is looking for a motivated and friendly Sales Team Member to join their team at the Orpington store. This part-time opportunity involves working 6 hours per week across two shifts — Sundays and Tuesdays — and offers the chance to be part of a dynamic retail environment where exceptional customer service and efficient store operations are at the heart of everything.

As a Sales Team Member, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-energy store team. Your primary focus will be providing fast, friendly, and helpful customer service, along with maintaining excellent stockroom and shop floor standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers find the right products quickly and cheerfully

• Share your product knowledge and enthusiasm with shoppers

• Work collaboratively across all store areas including sales floors, stockrooms, and during deliveries

• Uphold store standards, policies, and procedures to maintain a professional and customer-focused environment

• Take ownership of your own learning and development through on-the-job experience and training
