Description:
You will be responsible for the delivery of sales training and onboarding of new estate agent branches, designing and expanding training and development programmes to maximise the conversion of new business appointments to transacting estate agent partners.
You'll be producing in-house training material delivered online, on the phone and in person. Using your data skills you'll be evaluating sales performance and identifying opportunities across the new business sales performance.

What you'll be doing
- Work closely with your Business Development Manager on a daily basis engaging and qualifying new leads through various channels including phone, email, text and social media
- Support the BDMs with appointment setting, appointment follow up and introducing our products to decision makers through best-in-class phone, email and in-person communications
- Work with our Onboarding Training Manager and BDMs to prepare and execute sales presentations, sales support materials and case studies
- Collaborate with our outbound sales team to maximise conversion of all new leads into the business
