Our client, who renowned for their extensive portfolio, proactive approach, and exceptional customer service are ideally looking for you to have experience working in a high performing Sales Negotiator or Valuing role.

More Info On Your Role
 

• Conduct property valuations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Convert valuation appointments into signed instructions.
• Use multiple channels (digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising) to maximize property visibility
• Work closely with sales negotiators and other team members to ensure smooth progression of sales from instruction to completion.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding their property's sale status.
