Description:
A Salesforce Administrator is required by an organisation in the energy sector that is scaling its Salesforce capability and needs specialist expertise across Omni Studio, Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud. The Salesforce Administrator role demands deep understanding of industry-specific processes and the specialist tooling that underpins them.
This is a contract opportunity within a business where Salesforce has historically been used in a fairly traditional way, and the focus is now on building a more advanced, scalable, and industry-aligned Salesforce ecosystem.
The Salesforce Admin role is hands-on and delivery-focused. The immediate priority is stabilising and optimising existing OmniStudio components, supporting Energy & Utilities Cloud workflows, and ensuring the platform is configured in line with sector-specific requirements. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all enhancements, fixes, and releases are implemented with precision.
📍 Location: Hybrid, Manchester (2 days per week)
