Salesforce Developer

Description:

AXA – Global Healthcare is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to enhance its Salesforce capabilities. The role involves customizing and developing Salesforce solutions, collaborating closely with both business and IT teams. The developer will work on a variety of Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows, as well as troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues. This position also offers flexibility with at least 40% office-based work in either Tunbridge Wells or Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize standard Salesforce objects and create custom objects, fields, and relationships.

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and Flows.

• Develop scalable solutions using triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.

• Maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions and ensure IT documentation is up-to-date.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce configurations and customizations.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and cybersecurity trends.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Investigate new features for business improvements.

Ideal Requirements:

• Salesforce Developer experience, with knowledge of integrations (including API integration).

• Certified in Admin, Sales, Service, Experience, and Health Cloud.

• Experience with LWC, Aura, and CI/CD deployment processes.

• Minimum of 2 major projects managed end to end.

• Insurance / Financial Service experience is a plus.

• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
