In this hybrid role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s ongoing growth. The successful candidate will be passionate about leveraging Salesforce technologies to create scalable, high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to translate business requirements into robust and efficient technical solutions.

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems via APIs, REST, and SOAP protocols.

• Maintain data integrity and accuracy using automation tools, validation rules, and data management best practices.

• Configure and manage Salesforce features such as Flows, Process Builder, and Reports/Dashboards.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, ensuring best practices are followed across the full development lifecycle.

• Conduct unit testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.

• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce updates, tools, and best practices to enhance system performance and functionality.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer in a commercial setting.

• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.

• Expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools (e.g., GitHub).

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II desirable).

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating both remotely and on-site.
