Mason Frank International is partnered with a fast-growing Financial Services organisation that is at the forefront of Salesforce innovation within its industry. The company is expanding its Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) and seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of advanced Salesforce solutions.

• Define and enforce architectural standards, data models, and security frameworks across Salesforce platforms.

• Develop integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity with business-critical systems (MuleSoft highly valued).

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal security protocols, critical within financial services.

• Collaborate with internal Salesforce teams and external consulting partners to achieve delivery excellence.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong background in Salesforce development and architecture.

• Experience with Salesforce Industries (FSC) is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with regulated industries (financial services or similar) beneficial.

• Solid integration experience, ideally with MuleSoft.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
