Description:

As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for ensuring that the excellent customer service we provide is offered consistently & that the needs of our customers are identified and they are assisted with product selection in the most professional & enthusiastic manner possible. This will include providing computerised quotations, completing & processing orders, processing payment, stock control and arranging fittings where required. This role will require a friendly person who can work individually & as a team member assisting in the general day to day running and organising of the showroom.

Essential Criteria:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales with a proactive approach

Experience of working in a customer facing role

Previous experience in a showroom environment

Strong attention to detail when processing orders and quotations

Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail.

Competent in use of computerised systems including Microsoft office.

Desirable Criteria:

Previous experience within selling Stoves & or BBQ

Ability to assist with social media
