INANCH LONDON LIMITED, a multi-award-winning 5-star luxury boutique salon situated in the heart of London’s Great Portland Street, is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to join its prestigious team. This is a key leadership position that requires a passionate and polished professional with strong people management skills, operational expertise, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction. You will be the face of the salon, responsible for maintaining its high-end brand image, coordinating day-to-day activities, and ensuring every client experience is luxurious and seamless.
Team Leadership & Support: Lead and supervise salon staff including stylists, receptionists, and assistants. Promote a cohesive team culture rooted in excellence, professionalism, and attentiveness to detail.
Operational Oversight: Manage the full scope of daily salon operations including front-of-house coordination, reception management, appointment scheduling, and resource planning.
Client Experience: Deliver an outstanding client journey, managing queries, bookings, and feedback while resolving any issues promptly and professionally to uphold client satisfaction and salon reputation.
Cash & Stock Management: Handle cash transactions, daily reconciliation, and stock control. Maintain optimal stock levels, liaise with suppliers for timely replenishments, and control inventory to ensure cost efficiency.
Compliance & Safety: Implement and monitor all relevant health and safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with legal and salon-specific guidelines.
Retail & Revenue Growth: Drive retail product sales through staff motivation and excellent customer service, while earning 10% commission on all retail sales.
Administrative Efficiency: Ensure smooth operational workflows using salon management software and spreadsheets for reporting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior salon receptionist or hospitality management position
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Hands-on knowledge of salon management systems, spreadsheets, and booking tools
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities, with a professional demeanor
Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and maintain a high level of service during peak hours
41 hours per week, alternating weekly schedule:
Rota 1:
Wednesday: 08:00 – 20:00
Thursday: 09:00 – 19:00
Friday: 08:00 – 20:00
Saturday: 08:00 – 19:00
Rota 2:
Monday: 09:00 – 19:00
Tuesday: 08:00 – 19:00
Wednesday: 08:00 – 20:00
Thursday: 08:00 – 19:00
Competitive annual salary between £32,000 – £38,000, with regular performance-based reviews
10% commission on retail product sales
