Sap Programme Manager

Description:

Anson McCade is recruiting for a high-caliber SAP Programme Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream SAP transformation programmes on behalf of a global consulting firm known for large-scale ERP and digital delivery. This is a permanent role with a competitive six-figure salary and bonus, supporting a nationwide hybrid work model.

The role includes full end-to-end ownership of programme delivery across SAP landscapes, guiding cross-functional teams through mobilisation, design, implementation, and transition phases. You will be the senior client interface, driving clarity and confidence, managing risks, governance, and finances. Additionally, you will support the growth of the SAP practice by mentoring talent and contributing to business pursuits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes

• Manage cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams

• Act as senior client contact ensuring stakeholder alignment and confidence

• Oversee programme risk, governance, and financials

• Mentor SAP talent and contribute to practice growth and client acquisition

Skills & Experience Required:

• Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP transformations, preferably in consulting

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement modules

• Commercially astute with proven client leadership skills

• Ability to influence senior and C-suite stakeholders

• Experience in regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Energy, or Public Sector advantageous
