Therefore, we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements for this role and the successful candidate will work a blend of office and homeworking with the flexibility to come to the office once a week for team collaboration and other in-person events.

ABOUT THE JOB
Conducting analysis and reviewing reporting to come up with programme solutions, improvements and recommendations
Ensuring that Northern Regional portfolio of historic slots is retained, as well as optimised and developed in line with business requirements, both commercially and operationally, including identifying group airline opportunities
Working alongside the wider Schedules Planning Team in the co-ordination of the IATA Calendar of Co-ordination, including slot submission, slot hand-back and any babysit, co-share agreements or group transfers
Continually develop the schedule for maximum efficiency, operational robustness and customer desirability
Work closely with operational airline colleagues to identify and solve issues in order to improve the airlines overall on time performance and reduce operational costs
Process led change initiatives, including the development and implementation of analytics tools to aid and support decision making
Attend Schedules Co-ordination Conferences and Slot Optimisation Meetings as required
ABOUT YOU
Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret complex data and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MI/Reporting Tools
Ideally some experience in schedule planning, airport capacity planning, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of SSIM Chapter 6 and crew FTL schemes would be advantageous
