Description:
Manutan is seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEA Traffic Manager to join their dynamic Web Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will drive, analyse, and optimise web traffic to ensure the best user experience and help achieve business goals. This role is vital in collaborating with marketing, category management, supply chain, and IT teams to implement strategies that boost website visibility, traffic, and conversions. The SEA Traffic Manager will report to the Head of Digital locally and the Acquisition/Traffic Management lead at the group level.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve e-commerce growth across websites.
Collaborate seamlessly with local marketing teams and group functions to ensure effective traffic acquisition.
Oversee web acquisition activities, including SEA, Affiliation, and Retargeting.
Work closely with SEO and Social Media teams for holistic traffic management.
Analyse and report on web traffic performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
Generate insights from data to improve user engagement and traffic.
Develop content strategies with the content team to drive traffic.
Plan, execute, and monitor web traffic campaigns, including Social Media and Affiliation.
Track and optimise campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data.
Key KPIs:
Web TO (Sales Turnover), Traffic, and Conversion Rate
Traffic generation through SEA, SEO, Social Media, and Affiliation (Organic vs Paid, Bounce rate)
SEA Budget
On-site Transactions and Average Order Value (AOV)
Key Competencies:
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and pay-per-click campaigns.
Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics and managing campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
Ability to plan and execute effective campaigns and adjust strategies based on results.
Solid understanding of SEO to complement SEA strategies.
Strong leadership and influencing skills at all levels.
Organised, self-driven, and results-oriented with a focus on ROI.
Ability to manage relationships with external agencies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Market analysis and consumer behaviour insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenge-driven environment.
Languages:
Proficiency in English is required.
Knowledge of French is a bonus.
Working Conditions:
Hybrid working arrangement with the flexibility to travel between Verwood and Kemble as needed.
