Merlin Entertainments is looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort Entertainment Team as Christmas Elves for the 2025 festive season. This exciting seasonal role offers a unique opportunity to create magical memories for visitors during the LEGOLAND at Christmas event.

As a Christmas Elf, you will guide guests through Christmas Kingdom, assist Father Christmas in his Grotto, capture memorable moments, and distribute LEGO Christmas gifts to children. This role is highly interactive, requiring strong improvisational skills, high energy, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform as a Christmas Elf, engaging with children and families in a festive, immersive environment.

• Guide visitors through Christmas Kingdom and escort them to Father Christmas’s Grotto.

• Assist in distributing LEGO gifts and capturing photographs with guests.

• Maintain character integrity and deliver a magical experience throughout the season.

• Perform outdoor duties in the winter season and remain active for extended periods.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Confidence in performing in front of an audience and improvising character interactions.

• Previous experience in immersive entertainment or seasonal festive roles preferred.

• Ability to work on your feet for long hours and in outdoor winter conditions.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for creating joyful guest experiences.
