As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service, embody the brand’s values of warmth and resilience, and create meaningful shopping experiences for every guest. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store performance by achieving personal sales targets and contributing to team KPIs such as conversion rates, average transaction values, and sales volume.

• Provide knowledgeable and engaging product recommendations that enhance the customer experience.

• Participate in product training sessions, team meetings, and brand events to stay informed and inspired.

• Maintain store standards by organizing stockrooms, replenishing displays, and ensuring a clean and visually appealing environment.

• Support efficient processing of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure seamless operations.

• Accurately handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and adhere to operational standards.

• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive, high-performing retail culture.

• Demonstrate flexibility by working weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of retail experience in a customer-focused, high-volume environment (luxury or premium brand experience preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers authentically.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with excellent time management skills.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); multilingual abilities are an asset.

• Understanding of store operations and inventory management processes.
