Seasonal Tractor Driver

Description:

Additional duties you could learn.

• Spraying
• Land Drainage
• Assisting with sports field work as required
• Operation of 3‑to-14-ton digger Subject to qualification
• Any other ad-hoc duties as directed by management.

Person Specification:

• Qualifications/requirements include Tele-handler qualification will be offered if not already in possession with knowledge of relevant agricultural health and safety policies and procedures.
• Training in using JD Greenstar and New Holland software for mapping Auto track and variable rate applications
• Training in all operations and tractor work
• Self-motivated.
• Possesses can do attitude. Be flexible and adaptable, including seasonal variations to hours worked. Willing to work long unsociable hours at busy periods during the year as and when required.
• Good communication skills within team and with customers, contractors etc.
• Able to keep job records for cross compliance and invoicing etc
• Work effectively in teams and be able to work co-operatively.
• Physically able to perform manual work.
