SECURITY ARCHITECT NEEDED - PERMANENT ROLE - LONDON

I’ll be honest, this is one of the more interesting searches on my desk right now, and also one of the harder ones.

I’m working with a well-established, regulated business in London that needs a Security Architect to genuinely own the security strategy across on-prem, cloud and hybrid. Not advise from the sidelines, but own it. That includes shaping how the business governs and secures its use of AI, which is a rare chance to build something properly rather than inherit someone else’s patchwork.

What they’re looking for is someone who has held a true architect seat for several years. Someone who has taken a security design from roadmap through to delivery, who is comfortable across Azure, Entra ID, privileged access, Zero Trust and secure access models like SASE, and who has real hands-on exposure to data protection, ideally with Microsoft Purview. AI security experience on Azure would be a big plus.
