Security Consultant

Description:

ECS Resource Group is recruiting a Security Consultant to join a leading digital services provider transforming the telecommunications industry. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with the Telecom Security Act (TSR), contributing to national security standards through innovative security consulting.

You will be working within the early phases of a high-profile security program, collaborating closely with analysts, architects, and program teams. Your role will involve leading the design and analysis of secure access methods, supporting business requirement definitions, and helping shape future delivery roadmaps and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and analysis of secure access methods such as third-party privileged access, ticket-based access, and read-only access solutions

• Support defining business requirements, performing impact analyses, and developing program roadmaps and delivery plans

• Collaborate with cross-functional architecture teams to produce high-level security designs aligned with program goals

• Contribute to budget planning and development schedules ahead of fiscal deadlines

• Report to the TSR End-to-End Program team and ensure alignment with project objectives

Skills & Expertise:

• Deep understanding of security design principles and best practices in the telecom/IT sector

• Experience with telecom or IT architecture frameworks

• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable design documents

• Ability to create both high-level scoping documentation and detailed technical designs

Working Hours

Hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days per week onsite in Newbury
