CCS Media (an Advania Company) are recruiting for a Senior Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving new sales and forging long lasting relationships with key decision-makers across clients from different sectors. You will demonstrate and education clients on our solutions, services and product offerings ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of CCS Media & Advania's services, solutions and product offerings to effectively address client requirements
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Operations, and Solution Sales, to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for senior management
- Being at the forefront and main point of contact for all customers
- Lead negotiations with clients and vendors to design a comprehensive solution
- Close deals efficiently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Communicate with different business function to maximise customer experience and ensure deliverables have been achieved
Key Skills & Experience
- Successful experience within sales within the IT or technology sector
- Ability to identify client challenges and provide innovative solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with a broad range of IT solutions, services and products
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
