BEAUTY BAY, a leading e-commerce beauty destination, is looking for a Senior Affiliate Executive to join its on-site team in Salford, UK. This full-time role is ideal for a motivated digital marketing professional with proven experience in managing affiliate marketing programs and a passion for the beauty industry.

As a key member of the Performance Marketing team, the Senior Affiliate Executive will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through the development, optimization, and performance tracking of the affiliate marketing channel. The ideal candidate will be both analytically driven and creatively strategic, capable of identifying high-performing partnerships and scaling campaigns across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the affiliate marketing program through leading platforms and networks.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, and performance-based publishers.

• Identify new growth opportunities within the affiliate channel and recruit high-value partners.

• Analyze campaign data to assess ROI, optimize performance, and report key metrics.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as the content, design, and trading teams to align campaigns with wider marketing efforts.

• Negotiate commission structures, promotions, and incentives to maximize profitability.

• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and marketing standards across all affiliate promotions.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within e-commerce or the beauty/fashion industry.

• Strong understanding of affiliate platforms, tracking systems, and performance analytics.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with external partners.

• Data-driven mindset with a strategic approach to channel growth and optimization.

• Ability to multitask and manage complex projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Experience working with affiliate tools such as AWIN, Rakuten, Impact, or similar is desirable.

• A keen interest in beauty, cosmetics, or online retail will be a strong advantage.
