This is an 𝗮𝘄𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 opportunity to join a fast-growing, engineering-led AI consultancy right at the heart of the agentic AI wave. 🌊

They've got more brilliant enterprise AI work than they can staff, so they're building out their UK and European teams with several senior hires.

You'll be the hands-on engineer in a small, senior client team, taking real business challenges and turning them into production AI systems that people actually use. Clients span life sciences, retail, insurance and financial services, so no two projects look the same.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼
🔹 Build exciting LLM applications and multi-agent systems
🔹 Create powerful retrieval pipelines with embeddings, vector stores and RAG
🔹 Plug AI straight into enterprise platforms via APIs and connectors
🔹 Turn fuzzy client ideas into fast, working prototypes
🔹 Shape engineering standards and reusable agent patterns

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
✅ 6 to 8 years in software, AI or applied data engineering
✅ Hands-on LLM, RAG and multi-agent or MCP-style experience
✅ Strong production Python
✅ Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock or Anthropic
✅ Confidence working directly with clients
