IC Resources is seeking a Senior AI Compiler Engineer to join a cutting-edge deep-tech semiconductor company focused on developing the next generation of AI toolchains for edge devices. This fully remote role centers on enhancing open-source, MLIR-based graph transformers and creating optimized runtimes designed to support AI workloads in performance- and resource-constrained environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of AI compilation tools using MLIR

• Optimize runtimes for edge-device AI workloads

• Drive performance enhancements and deployment efficiency

• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate solutions

• Ensure production-level code quality through strong engineering practices

Preferred Skills:

• AI/graph compiler development using MLIR

• Strong C++ skills; CI/CD and version control experience

• Optional: Python, TensorFlow Lite for Microcontrollers, low-level optimization skills, experience with bare-metal or embedded systems
