The business is already investing heavily in AI, but there's a huge opportunity for someone to come in and really take ownership of what happens next.

You'll be hands-on, building AI integrations, agents and workflows, but also helping shape how AI is used across the entire organisation.

I'm particularly keen to chat with senior software engineers who have moved into AI, with experience across LLMs, agentic AI, Python/TypeScript and integrations.

What I love about this role is that it's not just about building AI solutions. It's about actually getting them into people's hands, seeing the impact and helping a business change how it works.
