We are looking for a product-focused, inquisitive, and inventive Senior Android Engineer to lead the development of our Android app, delivering a seamless, powerful, and intuitive experience for users.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Android experience from architecture to implementation, ensuring best-in-class performance.
- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to craft intuitive and high-performance interfaces.
- Develop and implement real-time coaching features, integrating AI-powered sensor-driven data.
- Test and refine features on the ski slopes, ensuring real-world performance and reliability.
- Stay at the forefront of Android development, adopting the latest best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Passion for skiing (beginners welcome!).
- Strong experience in Android development, with a track record of building best-in-class mobile experiences.
- Expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose for modern, high-performance Android applications.
- Experience with Rust or other backend languages (Go, Python, C++), with a willingness to learn Rust.
- Strong bias for action—you take ownership and drive projects forward.
- Proven ability to excel in small, fast-paced teams (start-up experience is a plus).
- Willing to relocate or already based in London or Innsbruck.
