Senior Archaeologist

 

Description:

Support the smooth running of Lipson Academy’s finances by overseeing ordering, processing invoices, and managing income. Contribute to the Academy’s mission by ensuring financial operations are accurate, organised, and efficient.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full ordering process within the Academy.

  • Process invoices and manage incoming payments.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure integrity of financial data.

  • Support financial reporting and reconciliations as required.

  • Assist with administrative financial processes to support operational efficiency.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Organised and proactive.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous finance or administrative experience preferred but not required.
