Are you an expert in Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) with a passion for digital transformation? Publicis Sapient is looking for a Senior Associate, Technology to work on cutting-edge Digital Business Transformation (DBT) solutions in the Energy & Commodities Trading space.

As part of our team, you will help top-tier clients enhance their trading lifecycle, develop innovative solutions, and leverage digital transformation strategies to accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ ETRM/CTRM Development & Customization:

• Work with OpenLink Endur products (cMotion, pMotion, gMotion) or similar/competing solutions.
• Provide customization, technical development, and support for ETRM/CTRM applications.

✅ Software Development & Technical Expertise:

• Develop and optimize AVS, Connex Frameworks, VB toolkit, JVS, OpenComponents, and Java Framework for OpenLink.
• Ensure smooth TIBCO integration and back-to-front trade lifecycle support.

✅ Product Configuration & Trading Knowledge:

• Configure ETRM/CTRM solutions for commodities like Power, Gas, Oil, Coal, and Emissions.
• Work with exchange-traded products (futures, options) and OTC derivatives (swaps, swaptions, forwards).

✅ Database & Full SDLC Expertise:

• Strong understanding of Oracle, SQL Server, or Sybase databases.
• Ensure full software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

🎓 Education:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

🔸 Experience in OpenLink Endur (or similar ETRM/CTRM solutions).
🔸 Strong understanding of E/CTRM architecture and data models.
🔸 Expertise in AVS, Java, VB, OpenComponents, TIBCO Integration.
🔸 Hands-on experience in database management (Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase).
🔸 Familiarity with commodity trading products (futures, options, swaps, etc.).
🔸 Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical solutions.
🔸 Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
