Description:

Evidencia Scientific Search and Selection Limited is seeking an analytical, motivated, and commercially astute Senior Associate to join its Life Sciences Consulting division in London.

This role focuses on Commercial Strategy and Competitive Intelligence across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-impact insights, shaping strategic recommendations, and contributing to projects that drive business decisions for global life sciences clients.

Working in a hybrid capacity, this position offers early exposure to senior leadership and involvement in diverse, cross-functional projects from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather market insights from a wide range of credible industry sources.

• Attend key industry conferences to collect first-hand data and emerging trends.

• Perform in-depth data analysis and translate findings into actionable strategic recommendations.

• Support client presentations and deliverables, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and commercial relevance.

• Assist in business development activities including proposal preparation and client engagement.

• Collaborate across teams to maintain a high-performance, knowledge-sharing culture.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting skill development and project delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or higher in Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, or Business-related disciplines.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in a life sciences consulting, pharmaceutical, or market research environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to form compelling insights.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly.

• Commercial awareness of pharma/biotech product development processes and market dynamics.

• Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven individual with a focus on quality and impact.
