Senior Associate

Description:

As a Senior Associate working as part of the national tax team, you will be involved in, and leading on a broad range of tax advisory work and transactional support for UK and international clients.

This is an unusual varied Corporate Tax role, where you will be working with clients to advise and assist with Islamic compliant finance structures, corporate share sales and property investment & development structures. You are likely to be working on Real Estate transactions relating to asset sales, commercial property sales, landlord and tenant transactions, housing projects and urban & land regeneration projects. In addition, you will be working closely with the Corporate team who advise clients on joint ventures, group reorganisations, acquisitions and disposals.

You will act for a wide range of clients, including corporations, entrepreneurs, management teams and pension funds, and appreciate the different styles and approaches these each may require.
